Deliberation and graduation in the first examination session 2009-2010
Students who are repeating the final year of a program, with a limited number of courses, and who have obtained grades for each of the courses in the first examination session, will be deliberated at the end of that session.
If a course has been scheduled in the second semester, students are allowed to take the examination in the January examination session, if their program consists of maximum 2 courses and the Masterproject. Please check with the Masterproject coordinator if you can graduate in February.
Students who fulfill the above mentioned conditions submit an application form to the Students’ office (room HOG 00.120, Naamsestraat 69), ultimately on Friday, December 11th 2009 . The form can be downloaded on the student portal.
The Masterproject has to be handed in ultimately on Friday, January 15th 2010 at the Students’ office.
The discussion of the Masterproject will be held on Wednesday, February 3rd 2010.
The deliberation and proclamation will be held on Wednesday, February 17th 2010, at 6 p.m., in room HOG 03.101.
