Conference will not be accepting on-line registration beyond April 15, 2012. Payment must be received on or before this date to ensure registration is processed. If payment is not received by April 15, 2012, attendees are able to register on-site at the conference upon arrival in Leuven.
Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings on the condition that at least one of the authors is registered for the conference.
You need to register online for the conference. When finished a mail will be sent to you with payment details.
Please verify that the name(s) of the person(s) attending the conference are included on the comment section of the wire transfer and make sure that you personally cover the wire transfer transaction cost.
